Our waiting room offers a comfortable space while you wait for your appointment. Occasionally, your clinician may be attending to a more challenging issue with a patient and may run a bit behind. To keep your costs low, we have no administrative support to inform you of the delay. We kindly ask that you be patient; if you have a scheduled appointment & have not been informed that your clinician is out of the office, she WILL be with you as soon as possible. While emergencies do not arise often, when they do, your practitioner is working with their patient to resolve their crisis in as safe and timely manner as possible. The same courtesy would be extended to you, in the event you experience a crisis during an appointment. While crises are an unanticipated inconvenience, we welcome you to enjoy a cup of water, coffee, tea or espresso and a little snack if you are able to wait!
